Ingredients: Indian Hyderabadi Fish Korma Recipes

Fish-200gm-cut into pieces
Fresh Curd-1/2 cup
Oil-2tbsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Salt-as taste
Water-1 cup



Kashmiri Dry red chilli-3 to 4
Poppy Seeds-2-3 tsp                   (put these three ingredients in warm water for 5 mins)
Cashews or Almonds-1-2 tbsp
Onions-2(finely chopped)
Ginger-Garlic Paste-2 tbsp
Green chilli-1-2 pcs (chopped)
Black Peppercorns-1/2tsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Lemon Juice-1-2 tbsp


First marinate the fish with salt and keep aside for 10mins

After 10 mins shallow fry the fish and keep it aside.

Grind all ingredients which put in warm water along with the almonds or cashews and onions, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, turmeric

Take a pan put 2 tbsp oil and the masala paste and fry it for 5 mins up to its raw smell goes then add the curd  and coriander powder ,fry it continuously upto the masala leaves the oil

Add water and salt mix well  and boil for 10 mins, then add the fish cover it for 5 mins put the lemon juice . 

Garnish with fresh corainder leaves and Tomato pieces
