Serves 4-5 persons

Paneer- 250gms (cut it into cubes or in lengthwise)
Spring Onions (hara pyaz)-150gms
Green Chilly- 1-2 (chopped)
Garlic- 7-8 pods (crushed)
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Coriander powder (dhania powder)-2tsp
Tomato puree- ¾ cup (readymade or you use homemade also)
Tomato ketchup- 2tbsp
Cloves (laung)-3-4 pcs
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)-1tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Salt- as taste
Cream- 4-5 tbsp or you may also use the home made malai

Method: Paneer Hara Pyaz Or Paneer With Spring Onions Recipes:-

First cut the white part of spring onion into rings shape then cut the green leaves into slice
Take a kadhai or a wok, then put oil and heat it.

Then put the crushed garlic, onions fry it, put the spices (turmeric, coriander, red chilli) just fry it in low heat. Then put the tomato puree, ketchup and salt to taste mix it properly.

Add litter water and after fry it for some time put the paneer, chopped green chillies and slowly mix it. Then add cream or malai and lastly add thegreen leaves of spring onions, covered it for 2-3 mins.
