Ingredients For Mushroom Masala Bhurji Mixture:-

Mushroom - 250 gm
Chopped Ginger and Garlic - 2 tbps
Cornflour - 2 tbps
All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 tbsp
Red chilli Powder - 2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt as taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
orange food colour - 1-2drops(optional)

Mushroom Masala Recipes

For Mushroom Masala

Onion - 2 big size(Cut into sliced)
Chopped Ginger and Garlic - 2 tbps
Fresh Tomato Puree or readymade puree - 4 to 5tbsp
Red chilli Powder - 2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt as taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander - 3 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2 to 3 pc

Method of Mushroom Masala Bhurji

  • Wash the mushroom properly in running tap water to remove the impurities, then wipe up with tissues, sliced the mushrooms in thin size or cut it into half.
  • Add the above spices in the mushroom mixture and mix it properly,then deep fry until it turn into golden colour, take it out into the tissue paper.
  • Now get started to cook the masala, Take a pan add oil, then heat it, add chopped ginger garlic, fry for a second, add slit green chilly and sliced onions, fry until it turns to pink in colours, then add the spices, fry for some time, add tomato puree, salt as required and fry until masala leaves the oil, add fried mushrooms and cook for sometimes, lastly add some tomato ketchup and mix it properly.
  • Your delicious Mushroom Masala Bhurji is ready, just garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot Mushroom Masala Bhuji with Chapati or steam rice.
